PleasePassTheSalt, don't wear it out.

I'd planned on starting out this year writing nifty poems for my beloved or the novel I've been wanting to write since forever but can't seem to get on paper. Instead, I hardly wrote anything except a few random haiku and fragments of stories until tonight, when I had a horrible dream about thieves coming in the middle of the night and ransacking the shed and garage and stealing the truck and not knowing what to do about it since I had no way of identifying most of what had been taken other than generic descriptions. It was scary enough that I woke up, and, for some reason, when I woke I wrote. First deviation for 2012! Whoo!
Anyhow, I plan on writing more mushy poems (and plenty of other kinds as well) and working on that novel idea and writing random short stories from the bajillion fragments I have stored on my computer, so expect to see more things making their way to the gallery. Just not all at once since things are pretty wonky and I've got a heavy workload (I swear, my new biology professor assigns fifty-million fifteen-minute videos to watch, and every last one of them is labeled as required viewing), but there will be more updates coming.
